Candle Making Molds – Candles For All Occasions

When making candles, the mold is a very important part. Without a mold it would be very difficult to make candles. Their job is to provide support and shape to your candle.

Of course, as with anything, there are countless shapes as well as many different types of shapes made from different materials including plastic, metal, rubber, glass and even wood. You can also look for the best bullseye glass molds through the web.

Plastic molds are probably best if you are a beginner because they are durable so you don't have to worry about damaging the mold. Unfortunately, they don't last long, but they are great for practicing.

Metal molds are popular, last longer than plastic molds, and don't have the seams that other molds have, so there's no need to cut wax. Perhaps the only drawback to metal molds is that the wax tends to stick, making cleaning a bit more of a hassle.

The styles of candle shapes are endless. Whatever shape you want, you can probably buy it. Tea lamps are very popular these days, usually mass-produced in round shapes, but many more interesting shapes need to be made, such as: hearts, flowers, balls – as long as they float you are only limited by your imagination.

Tea lamps, which are also used to heat fondue, have recently become very popular as table decorations for their subtle lighting.
